Clinical fellowship programs commence on July 1 each year and end on June 30 (the academic year). Clinical fellowships are offered for one year, with the option to extend to a second year when available, and upon approval by the corresponding clinical fellowship program director and the department clinical fellowships director.

Please note that the application deadline is September 30 for July 1 start date in the following year.
The documents that will need to accompany the online application (including translations) are:
- CV and transcripts
- Copy of medical degree/certificate
- Specialty certificate or Medical Council of Canada evaluation exam
- Copy of passport
- Personal statement (letter of intent)
- Two reference letters
- Letter of sponsorship (if applicable)
