Anita Acai


Dr. Acai is an interdisciplinary researcher whose work combines qualitative and quantitative methods to understand and address issues related to physician equity and wellbeing. She conducts research in the areas of assessment, learner engagement in classroom-based teaching sessions, and the scholarship of teaching and learning. Dr. Acai is currently the Interim Coordinator of RISE (Researching the Impact of Service Provider Education) Project ( within the Offord Centre for Child Studies. To learn more, please visit
