Bio

Dr. Fulton is the former Chief Psychologist for the Hamilton General Hospital and Neuropsychological Consultant for the Acquired Brain Injury Program outpatient clinic. He currently devotes his practice to medical legal cases and has served as an expert witness to Ontario Courts on both criminal and civil matters. Areas of specialty include the assessment of individuals with brain injuries arising from motor vehicle accidents, other trauma and medical mismanagement/malpractice.
